DESCRIPTION:The 9th International Nepal Tattoo Convention is going to be held soon. The International Nepal Tattoo Convention is becoming more dynamic every year\, be it in terms of visitors\, artists and techniques. Having already had 8 events in the past decade this year seems no different. \nNepal Tattoo Pvt Ltd the organizers of International Nepal Tattoo Convention are look to invite\, host and to showcase the ocean of tattoo artists\, piercing and body mod artists and enthusiasts from all over the globe! \nThe three days event will be from 26th to the 28th of April\, 2019 in Kathmandu. \nEvent Description\ntaken from the official website \nOPERATING HOURS\n12pm  to 8pm (Day 1)\n11am to 8pm (Day 2)\n11am to 7pm (Day 3) \n             9th INTERNATIONAL NEPAL TATTOO CONVENTION\n26\, 27 & 28 APRIL 2019 \nTATTOO COMPETITION RULES & COMPETITION CATEGORIES:\n Day 1. \nSMALL TATTOO BLACK & GREY\nTattoo must be the same size as or smaller than a piece of A4 paper and must contain only black & grey or white ink. \nSMALL TATTOO COLOR\nTattoo must be the same size as or smaller than a piece of A4 \nTRIBAL AND DOT TATTOO\n(Any color any size) \nBEST OF THE DAY –DAY 1\nTattoo must be started and completed at the convention on the same day .No pre-lining is allowed. Day 2. \nLEG AND ARM LARGE PIECE & SLEEVE BLACK & GREY\nTattoo must be larger than a piece of A4 paper and must contain only black & grey or white ink \nLEG AND ARM LARGE PIECE & SLEEVE COLOR\nTattoo must be large than a piece of A4 paper \nBEST OF THE DAY –DAY 2\nTattoo must be started and completed at the convention on the same day .No pre-lining is allowed. \nDay 3.\nFRONT AND BACK FULL AND LARGE PIECE BLACK & GREY\nTattoo must be larger than a piece of A4 paper and must contain only black & grey or white inkFRONT AND BACK FULL AND LARGE PIECE COLORTattoo must be large than a piece of A4 paper \nFLASH ART\nAny medium (maximum 3 entries from 1 artist) must be printed on A3 paper and submitted to the help desk.  \nBEST OF THE DAY –DAY 3\nTattoo must be started and completed at the convention on the same day .No pre-lining is allowed \nBEST OF THE SHOW.\nTattoo must be started and completed at the convention.No pre-lining is allowed. \nTattoo must be done during 3 days of the convention \n\nRules:\n\n–  All tattoos entered into the contest must be done  by attending artists of NTC 2019         –  Tattoos must be fully healed in order to enter tattoo competitions except for the TATTOO OF THE DAY and TATTOO OF THE SHOW.       – TATTOO OF THE DAY must be done by an attending NTC tattoo artists on that particular     day of the convention and TATTOO OF THE SHOW must be done by an attending NTC tattoo artists during 3 days of the convention.       -Competition registration will be between 3:00 pm and 5:00 pm for all the categories except best of the day which will be begin between 3pm – 5:30pm.Judging will start from 5:30-6 pm for all other categories followed up by best of the day.
